Dear Mr Kemp,
After one of the most difficult periods in my life ever, it is a pleasure to write this to a company who made our grief easier to bare. After the huge amount of time spent wondering when and where, we finally laid Michelle to rest on the 23rd February 2017, the support and kindness, advice and simplicity you provided was second to none. Care and dedication, so woefully lacking these days, were the watchword, and you and your team provided us with what was a seamless ceremony, with the respect i wanted for my daughter. Everything you said you would take care of was achieved and everyone i spoke to found the day was given to Michelle with the memories she deserved. I cannot thank you enough, but if anyone reading this letter would like confirmation on a superb job under difficult circumstances, please feel free to get in touch.
